Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) True Vine Health Care - Orangeburg, SC True Vine Health Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing healthcare team in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Position Summary The Certified Medical Assistant will assist providers with patient care, clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and daily office operations to help ensure an efficient and positive patient experience. Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Assist providers during patient examinations and treatments Administer injections and medications as directed by the provider Perform EKGs, specimen collection, and basic laboratory procedures Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Maintain accurate and confidential medical records Handle prescription refill requests and prior authorizations Clean and stock examination rooms and medical supplies Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Provide excellent customer service and patient support Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required High school diploma or equivalent required Previous clinical experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
