About the Practice Dr. Lycia Thornburg, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist, national speaker, and author redefining patient-centered care in cosmetic and medical dermatology. With over 20 years of experience, she blends cutting-edge science with a holistic, ethical, and safety-first approach to aesthetics. The Doctor is a nationally recognized expert who serves on advisory boards for leading skincare and aesthetics companies, speaks at industry conferences, and appears regularly in national and local media. Her expertise has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens , NewBeauty , Byrdie , and recurring television segments. She also serves as a national media expert for the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). Position Overview We are hiring multiple roles as part of our founding team and encourage applications from individuals with experience in the following areas: Medical Assistants (MAs) The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, detail-oriented, and aligned with a high-touch, luxury patient experience. Roles and responsibilities will be tailored based on training, licensure, and experience. Medical Assistant Prepare exam rooms and assist with clinical procedures Support providers during medical and aesthetic visits Perform patient intake, vitals, and documentation Maintain clinical supplies, room flow, and infection control standards Serve as a calm, compassionate presence for patients throughout their visit

Education & Experience MAs:
