Job Description
Medical Administrative Assistant Pay:
$17.75/hr (contract) → $20/hr upon full-time hireSchedule:
10:00am-7:00pmCST, Monday-Friday Location:
Onsite; eligible for 2 remote days/week once hired full-timePlacement Type:
Contract-to-Hire (18 weeks) What You'll Do Work assigned tickets such as updating addresses, processing contract upgrades, and completing demographic/regulatory forms. Verify appointments, distribute reports, request medical records, and manage incoming/outgoing fax materials. Provide compassionate, patient‑focused support with strong follow‑through and organization. Use a computer‑based phone system to communicate with providers, patients, and vendors. Perform transcription tasks and manage Release of Information forms as directed by case managers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
