Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care in Urology. Your expertise will support clinical operations by assisting with patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, and documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and overall clinic efficiency. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier healthcare services. Duties Perform patient intake procedures, including gathering medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately Assist providers with procedures in office setting. Support medication administration following proper protocols and safety guidelines Operate EHR systems efficiently to document patient encounters, ICD coding for diagnoses, and treatment plans Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness for each patient visit. Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit Requirements Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program is required Proven experience in Urology, or Speciality office preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and pharmacology essential for accurate documentation and medication support Familiarity with EHR systems for efficient charting and data entry Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and team collaboration Join our dedicated healthcare team where your skills will make a meaningful difference!
