This is a paid, full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for those seeking a patient-facing role to prepare for PA or NP school.

Position Summary:
As a Clinical Assistant at KCA, you'll perform both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced outpatient medical setting. You'll gain deep exposure to the patient care process, medical documentation, and provider interaction - all while building the foundation for your future healthcare career.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Room patients, obtain vitals and history, reconcile medications Draft prescriptions for review/signature by provider Schedule follow-ups, imaging, referrals, and consultations Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) Answer phones, manage voicemails, direct messages to staff Handle office tasks: scanning, e-faxing, organizing records and supplies Help keep clinic flow efficient and ensure a positive patient experience Be flexible and cross-trained to assist where needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (required) Completion of a pre-employment assessment (sent only to candidates selected for interview) Commitment to full-time employment Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
