We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in referrals, prior authorizations, imaging coordination, and medication refill management. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Process specialist referrals and coordinate patient appointments Complete and track insurance prior authorizations (medications, imaging, procedures, DME, etc.) Manage medication refill requests and communicate with pharmacies/providers Schedule and coordinate imaging and diagnostic testing Review patient charts, labs, and documentation for completeness Answer phones, respond to patient messages, and assist with clinical questions Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/eClinicalWorks preferred Assist providers with patient care and follow-up coordination Verify insurance and obtain required documentation when needed Ensure timely communication with patients, providers, and specialists Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of medical office or clinical experience preferred Experience with referrals, prior authorizations, and medication refill workflows required Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
