• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Clinical & Medical Duties Taking and documenting vital signs and medical histories Preparing patients for aesthetic or medical procedures Assisting providers during treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP, microneedling) Performing injections or treatments if allowed by state law and delegation Drawing blood and processing lab specimens Administering medications as directed Monitoring patients during and after procedures Maintaining sterile technique and infection control Aesthetic & Treatment Support Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms Providing pre

• and post-procedure instructions Photographing patients for before-and-after documentation Assisting with skincare consultations and product education Administrative & Patient Care Duties Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups Documenting treatments in EMR systems Handling consent forms and patient education materials Verifying insurance or processing self-pay transactions (common in med spas) Customer Service & Sales Support Providing a high-touch, luxury patient experience Educating patients on treatment packages and skincare products Supporting promotions, memberships, and retail sales Answering patient questions and addressing concerns professionally Compliance & Safety Ensuring compliance with state scope-of-practice laws Maintaining HIPAA confidentiality Following OSHA and infection-control standards Assisting with emergency protocols if needed Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required or a License as a Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited program.

Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred Experience with sterile technique/field Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
