Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor participants throughout clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols and safety standards Review and interpret medical records, documentation, and case histories using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and follow-up procedures in outpatient Perform utilization review and management activities and medical documentation review to ensure compliance Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality Participate in site initiation visits, protocol training sessions, and regulatory audits to uphold clinical trial integrity Qualifications Medical Assistant or other able to perform ECGs, venipuncture and other procedures Be able to work without constant supervision Join us if you're passionate about advancing medicine through rigorous clinical research while delivering top-tier patient care.
