What You'll Do Support clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow Obtain vitals, review patient history, and update documentation in the EMR Serve as a clinical liaison between patients and providers Assist with in-office procedures and provider support Process patient communications, e-prescriptions, and follow-up care Coordinate appointments, referrals, diagnostic testing, and surgeries Track test results, medication authorizations, and post-operative care Prepare and maintain exam rooms; sterilize equipment per OSHA standards Participate in team meetings, training, and performance improvement Requirements What We're Looking For CMA certification or active LPN license required Minimum 6 months of medical office experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic care environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care If you're ready to use your clinical experience in a role where your skills are valued and your growth is supported, apply today and join a healthcare organization committed to excellence in patient care.
