We're looking for a Certified Medical Assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and treats every patient interaction as an opportunity to exceed expectations. At our practice, "good enough" isn't part of our culture. Excellence is the standard. Who Thrives Here You may be a great fit if you: Consistently go above and beyond without being asked. Notice details others miss. Take ownership and solve problems rather than waiting for direction. Maintain professionalism and positivity even during busy, demanding days. Bring energy, initiative, and a team-first mindset every day. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional patient care and support throughout the patient journey. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A history of exceeding expectations—not merely meeting them. Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or specialty medicine is a plus. A Note to Applicants If you're looking for a position where showing up and doing the minimum is enough, this isn't the place for you. If you're passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience, take pride in your work, embrace accountability, and are committed to being among the best at what you do, we'd love to meet you. We are building a team of high performers who care deeply about our patients, our culture, and each other. Exceptional is not the goal here...It's the expectation.
