Certified Medical Assistant - Family Practice Part-Time | 24-30 Hours per Week Lunceford Family Health Center Memphis, TN Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant Full Job Description We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Family Practice team. The ideal candidate is a dependable, motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork, patient care, and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with NextGen EHR (a plus) Fluent in Spanish (a plus) Strong communication skills with patients and team members Excellent attendance and problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation required Responsibilities include: Following provider protocols and assisting in coordinating patient flow Verifying patient information and recording medical history Preparing patients for examinations (vital signs, blood pressure, weight, temperature, etc.) Performing EKGs, in-house labs, and assisting with Paps/procedures Calling patients with test results as directed by providers Administering injections and performing lab orders Scanning and maintaining accurate records in the EMR If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and are looking for a supportive practice where you can grow, we'd love to hear from you!
