We are expanding our team and seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who is comfortable working in both clinical and front office settings. Position Overview This role is ideal for a motivated Medical Assistant who can efficiently support clinical operations while also assisting with front desk responsibilities such as patient check-in and check-out when needed. Responsibilities Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for physician evaluation Perform EKGs and assist with in-office cardiac procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations Support front desk duties including: Patient check-in and check-out Updating patient demographics and collecting required documentation Provide excellent patient care and maintain a professional, welcoming environment Assist with general clinical and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or degree required Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office (cardiology experience preferred) Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to float between clinical and administrative roles as needed What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable position in a growing specialty practice Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to expand skills in both clinical and administrative areas
