This role supports providers by assisting with patient care, clinical procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized medical environment. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, efficient, comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting, and takes pride in contributing to a supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Open to full-time applicants only. Key Responsibilities Triage patients and assist with patient flow Schedule patients for specific appointment types as directed Call patients to notify them of lab results as assigned by providers Prepare and label lab specimens, including swabs and pap smears Prepare and clean patient rooms Print and prepare lab orders and lab review documents daily Run in-house urinalysis and prep samples for outside lab testing Administer injections as ordered by providers Prepare and manage clinic-side paperwork for patient and clinic use Assist with minor procedures as needed Clean and sterilize medical equipment daily Clean, disinfect, stock, and organize exam rooms and restrooms Sweep and mop the back office during downtime and on Fridays Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or OB/GYN clinical experience preferred CPR and First Aid Certifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient care skills Comfortable assisting with clinical procedures and maintaining a clean clinical environment Expectations Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in clinical and administrative tasks Follow safety and sterilization protocols at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and staff Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with additional duties during high-volume or low-staff periods Work Environment Fast-paced medical office Direct patient interaction Electronic EMR system Requires standing, walking, and light lifting throughout the day At Harmony Women's Health, we are dedicated to treating women through all stages of life.
