Full-Time Are you ready to bring your medical expertise to one of the leading fertility centers in the region? Nashville Fertility Center is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This is your chance to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families pursuing their dreams of parenthood. Must be willing to travel among locations. What You'll Do In this vital role, you'll: Assist physicians and nurses with the clinical care of fertility patients. Ensure clinic efficiency by managing provider schedules and maintaining a smooth workflow. Prepare patients for exams and treatments, including collecting medical histories and taking vital signs. Perform phlebotomy for clinic, IVF, and ultrasound patients. Document patient care in our EMR system with precision and timeliness. Support the ultrasound team during procedures. Organize, stock, clean, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and perform additional duties as needed.

What You Bring Required:

Certification in Medical Assisting. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with EMR systems and HIPAA regulations. Strong phlebotomy skills.

Preferred:

2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting. Background in women's health.
