Travel will make up a significant portion of your schedule Includes overnight travel and multi-site support Mileage reimbursement provided Travel accommodations arranged and covered by the company This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting multiple teams. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading onboarding and training for new hires (MA & PSC roles) Supporting continued development of existing staff Ensuring all teams are trained to SynergenX standards and expectations Partnering with Regional Directors and Corporate Training Tracking training progress and identifying performance gaps Supporting clinics operationally when onsite Assisting in refining and improving training materials and processes Conducting competencies, retraining, and lab-related validations What We're Looking For Proven success in your current MA or CAM role Strong alignment with SynergenX Core Values and Principles of Success Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and initiative Ability to train, coach, and influence others effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Willingness and ability to travel extensively This Role Is a
