Medical Assistant - Bilingual

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides direct nursing care to patients under the direction of the Provider Administer injections per provider directive Calls in prescriptions refills per Provider directive Provides timely communication & follow up on all clinical calls & questions as instructed by Provider Provides prompt communication to Provider regarding labs, diagnostic testing results and documents. Acts as a liaison between the front desk, patient and physician Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and the care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served. All other duties as assigned

REGISTRAR DUTIES

Responsible for timely and accurate registering of patients. Interviews patient for all pertinent account information. Verifies insurance coverage

QUALIFICATIONS
