Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. Your expertise in infection control and internal medicine will be invaluable in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities Remotely monitoring patient vital signs and health data using various devices . Analyze data trends to identify potential health risks or changes in patient conditions. Responding to alerts and notifications from monitoring devices. Provide patient education on the use of RPM technology and how to interpret their data. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Train patients on the use of RPM devices and applications. Answer patient inquiries and address concerns related to their monitoring program. Coordinate patient care through virtual consultations and communication platforms Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements Valid Medical Assistant Certification Strong understanding of remote monitoring technology and devices. Knowledge of medical records management and vital sign assessment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Knowledge of HIPPA regulations and patient confidentiality.
