Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated Full-Time Medical Assistant to become a valued member of our healthcare team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are beginning their careers in healthcare or those who wish to grow their clinical experience. We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience and are willing to provide structured on-the-job training to the right candidate to support their professional development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Room patients courteously and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition into their appointments and maintaining patient comfort. Prepare and administer injections as required following established clinical protocols and safety practices. Assist the physician during examinations and minor procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready and sterile. Answer patient questions, provide clear instructions, and offer educational information in a compassionate manner. Support the provider with time management during clinics to help keep the schedule on track. Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate teamwork to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a medical assistant is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to remain organized and efficient in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to
Wednesday:
7:30am to 4:30pm
Thursday:
7:30am to 3:30pm
Friday:
7:30am to 12:30pm
Compensation:
Starting pay $16.00 per hour and up based on experience and demonstrated skills.
