Working alongside our Nurse Injectors, you'll support advanced cosmetic and laser treatments while ensuring every patient feels cared for from the moment they arrive. This role rewards someone who brings clinical precision, an eye for aesthetics, and real warmth to patient care. We hold ourselves to a higher standard. Reports to:
Aesthetic Operations Manager What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for injectable and laser procedures ahead of each patient's arrival Connect with patients about their history, goals, and concerns, then relay key details clearly to providers Capture accurate pre-treatment photography Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their comfort and safety throughout the visit Document procedures promptly and accurately in the EMR Educate patients confidently on aftercare and personalized skincare recommendations Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked Strengthen patient retention through follow-up outreach and satisfaction check-ins Track inventory and flag low-stock items to the manager What You Bring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliability, accountability, and professionalism Consistent punctuality that keeps the day running smoothly A polished, professional appearance suited to a luxury practice Experience in aesthetics and/or plastic surgery (preferred) Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology (preferred)
Schedule & Compensation Monday-Thursday:
7:15 AM - 4:00 PM |
Friday:
7:15 AM - 12:00 PM Full-time • Starting at $20.00/hr, commensurate with experience How to Apply Applications accepted through Indeed only. Walk-ins and phone inquiries will not be considered.
