Location:

Austin, TX | Reports to: Clinic/Practice Manager About Refine Aesthetics Boutique, physician-supported med spa delivering natural-looking results across injectables, skin rejuvenation, lasers (resurfacing & hair removal), and wellness services.

Role Description:

Be the provider's right hand and the patient's steady guide—prep rooms, assist in treatments listed on our website, document flawlessly, keep the day on time, and elevate the guest experience from check-in to follow-up.

What You'll Do Prep & Flow:

Review schedule; verify Allē/ASPIRE points; set up charts/photos; stock/sanitize rooms; keep providers on time.

In-Room Assist:

Support injectables, skin rejuvenation, and laser services per protocol; capture accurate notes; confirm consents; update Annual Treatment Plans; uphold sterile standards.

Docs & Compliance:

File photos; submit manufacturer rewards; protect HIPAA; complete opening/closing lists.

Front-of-House:

Jump in for check-in/out, reservations, POS; offer tours; educate on our menu and retail; handle phones with care.

Outreach & Social:

Thank-you calls, first-time follow-ups, expiring-points outreach; assist with compliant social content and events.

Team:

Attend trainings, mentor as asked, communicate professionally, maintain polished appearance (brand scrubs/name tag), participate in social media trends, and marketing materials

You Bring:

Working knowledge of skin health/anatomy; med-spa experience preferred. EMR/charting comfort; quick software learning; clear, kind communication. Organized, proactive multitasker; calm under pressure; team-first with ownership mindset. Flexible for occasional evenings/weekends; able to stand/walk and lift ~25 lbs.
