The ideal candidate will support clinical operations in sinus and allergy. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting administrative functions within a fast-paced medical environment. Candidates with hospital experience, clinic experience, or background in healthcare are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers an opportunity to work in a clinical setting with the possibility to advance. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and documenting vital signs. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort. Support physicians and healthcare providers during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Administer medications and injections following proper protocols and under supervision when necessary. Operate EHR systems accurately for documentation of patient information, ICD coding, and medical records management. Assist with imaging procedures in accordance with safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and treatment areas. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding, and medication administration. Experience working in dermatology, urgent care, or hospital medicine environments is preferred. Familiarity with EHR systems and outpatient/inpatient clinic workflows. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations. Ability to perform intake assessments, measure vital signs accurately, and support patient care activities efficiently. Knowledge of Geriatrics, Medical-procedural nursing, Internal medicine practice settings is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in high-pressure environments such as trauma centers or emergency departments. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
