WHAT YOU'LL DO

Incorporate empathy and professionalism in your delivery of excellent patient care. Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area Call existing clinical sites to confirm the schedule the day prior. Assist clinical staff by calling patients, front desk check-in and check-out, and rescheduling patients. Prepare patients and exam rooms for ultrasound procedures. Retrieve patient files and obtain medical information relevant to the ultrasound exam. Escort patients and visitors to the exam room. Collect height, weight, blood pressure, and other patient vitals. Conduct patient intake questionnaire forms. Assist medical professionals with patient examinations or procedures. Assist in updating and archiving medical records and ultrasound images. Clean ultrasound equipment and restock supplies as needed. Other duties assigned by managers. Please note that duties and responsibilities of this position are subject to change and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.

BONUS POINTS

Associate or bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in healthcare American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certified Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
