Hearclear Solutions serves the Greater Houston area across multiple locations, committed to providing accessible, affordable, and compassionate hearing healthcare.​ Position Summary Seeking a responsible, honest, punctual, and accountable individual to assist our licensed Audiologist. Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior clinical experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be offered to the right candidate. Schedule & Locations Part-time role, scheduled between 4:00pm and 7:00pm Work at 2 to 3 locations in the Greater Houston area Hourly pay Key Responsibilities Help with patient check-in and hearing screenings under supervision Clean and maintain hearing devices and clinic supplies Educate patients about hearing aid usage and basic care Support administrative tasks, including scheduling and patient records; foundational insurance understanding a plus Cultivate a welcoming environment for patients and families Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Clinical experience is preferred but not required Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and excellent time management Willingness to travel between various clinic sites Additional Benefits This position accrues a yearly bonus based on performance, in addition to hourly wages. Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care with a compassionate, patient-first approach Motivated to build a long-term career in hearing healthcare Reliable, punctual, and accountable in a clinical setting Honest, professional, and able to maintain patient confidentiality Eager to learn, with a strong willingness to be trained and mentored Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management abilities Adaptable and willing to travel between multiple clinic locations Comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative tasks Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage but not required Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation Open to growth opportunities, including pursuing licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist Growth Opportunities This position can serve as a pathway to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist. Freshers will receive one-on-one mentorship and training from a licensed professional. This is a promising pathway for freshers or interested candidates interested in becoming licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists or Audiologists.
