Job Summary Cardiology Medical Assistant - The Woodlands, TX Cardiology Practice in The Woodlands is seeking full time medical assistant willing to travel to sugarland location once a week. We offer a competitive salary. Seeking MA with front desk experience. Experience 3 years cardiology experience preferred Knowledge of
CPT & ICD-10
Codes Microsoft Office fluency Understanding of cloud based systems Responsibilities and Duties Job Responsibilities Check in/Out Patients, Answer phones, Enter daily charges, Verify insurance by phone/internet, Schedule Appts, Collect CoPays/Deductibles/Co-Insurance balances, Verify prior auth. Comprehend office financial policies and fees Room Patients, check vitals, update chart in EMR, Perform ECG's, Assist with Stress Test, Holter hookup Assist with procedures - Vein Ablations Travel to Sugarland location once a week. Schedule hospital procedures. Qualifications and Skills Required Skills Medical Assistant Diploma CPR Certification Communication Skills Bilingual preferred
