Full-time (Monday-Friday) About Us United Spine and Pain Center is a physician-owned interventional pain management clinic committed to compassionate, evidence-based care. We focus on minimally invasive procedures and personalized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team and support clinical operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for procedures and exams Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and medications Assist physician during procedures (e.g., epidurals, facet injections, RFA) Prepare procedure trays and maintain sterile technique Perform room turnover and ensure clinical areas are clean and stocked Schedule appointments and follow-ups, and assist with prior authorizations Handle patient calls, prescription refills, and lab orders Maintain accurate EMR documentation (eClinicalWorks experience preferred) Comply with HIPAA and OSHA regulations Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Prior experience in pain management , orthopedics , PM&R , or surgical specialty is a strong plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with EMR systems (preferably eClinicalWorks) Ability to multitask and remain calm in a procedural setting What We Offer Supportive work environment in a physician-led private practice Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding clinic
