The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be adaptable, and maintain a positive attitude while working closely with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Front Desk Duties:

Greeting patients and checking them in and out with a friendly, professional attitude Accurately scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with inquiries Calling and rescheduling cancellations and no-shows Collecting copays Confirming that proper documentation is in patient charts Medical Assistant /

Clinical Duties:

Assisting the Nurse Practitioner with office visits and procedures Preparing exam rooms and maintaining clinical supplies Taking vital signs and updating patient medical records Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification Previous experience in a vascular or specialty practice a plus Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a professional demeanor Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) Reliable, professional, and patient-focused If you are a motivated team player who enjoys working with patients and takes pride in providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
