Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual and organized Medical assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting the overall efficiency of our healthcare services.

Duties:

Vital intake/ Assisting the provider with ongoing treatment, patient education, and care coordination Open notes Assist with New Patients, & Follow-up appointments. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries or directing them to appropriate staff members. Requirements Must be willing to relocate to both clinics. 2 + years experience Ability to multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Familiarity with medical terminology Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
