Job Description

Job Summary:
Busy family medicine clinic with one provider is seeking a dependable and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant who is cross-trained to support both clinical and front office operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, has strong patient communication skills, and is experienced with eClinicalWorks (eCW) for documentation.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history Accurately document in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Assist provider with exams and procedures Administer injections, vaccines, and perform EKGs Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (preferred) Prepare and clean exam rooms; maintain supplies
Front Desk Duties:
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Verify insurance and collect copays Schedule appointments and manage provider schedule Answer phones, route messages, and assist with patient inquiries Handle referrals and prior authorizations (preferred)
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred Must have experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills
