Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as a Clinical Medical Assistant, where your energetic and compassionate approach will make a difference in patient care. This role will support two healthcare providers in otolaryngology, head and neck reconstruction, and cosmetics. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional patient service. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality healthcare. This position is to support our Fort Worth and Colleyville office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their identity, and assist with the intake process to gather comprehensive medical histories. Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate, as well as, suture removal and wound care with precision and professionalism. Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining procedures clearly and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Document patient information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Support the providers by managing patient flow, updating records, and coordinating care. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety protocols and assist with inventory management of supplies and medications. Skills Knowledge of dermatology, otolaryngology, and facial reconstruction is a plus. Proficiency in EHR systems for documentation, scheduling, and billing. Familiar with ICD and CPT, medical insurance verification, and precertification. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations; compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to perform clinical tasks including vital signs measurement and medication assistance along with administration support. Pay:
