Office Administrative Assistant - ABA Therapy Clinic Bright Therapy Services LLC Haltom City, TX Job Details Full-time From $21 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Filing Administrative experience Hiring Medical records Data entry Full Job Description Office Administrative Assistant - ABA Therapy Clinic Bright Therapy Services LLC is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our ABA therapy clinic. This position plays an important role in helping maintain smooth communication between families, therapists, BCBAs, and office staff. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service at all times. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally Assist families with intake, onboarding, and required documentation Verify insurance information and help collect necessary records Support scheduling for clients, RBTs, BCBAs, interviews, and meetings Communicate schedule updates, cancellations, and attendance issues Maintain organized client and employee files Assist with authorizations, referrals, and administrative paperwork Perform data entry, scanning, filing, faxing, and document management Help coordinate staff onboarding and hiring processes Track missing documents, attendance, and operational tasks Support daily clinic operations and assist management when needed Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Create and maintain professional communication with families and staff Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred ABA, healthcare, medical office, or pediatric experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional and positive attitude Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must have reliable transportation Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM In-person position Consistent attendance and reliability are required Pay Competitive pay based on experience Work Environment ABA therapy clinic Office setting Pediatric therapy environment About Us Bright Therapy Services LLC provides ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
