800 Wilcrest Dr Houston, TX 77042 Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our growing team! No prior medical experience is necessary — we will train the right person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care and wellness in the healthcare field. In this role, you will support our medical doctor's by managing patients, assisting with clinical paperwork and procedures, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality service. You will work directly alongside our doctors, supporting daily clinical operations across our locations. Responsibilities Assist the doctor with clinical tasks and patient care throughout the day Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out Room patients and prepare exam rooms Maintain accurate and upload patient records Communicate with patients in a professional and compassionate manner Keep clinic areas clean, stocked, and organized Travel between our clinic locations as scheduled Requirements No prior experience required — we provide full training!
