Job Description

Clinical Assistant —
No Experience Necessary Job Type:
Full-time and/or
Part-time Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, with one day off during the week (rotating or fixed — see note below)
Locations:
Candidate must be willing and able to travel between our 3 different clinic locations as needed. About the Role We are looking for a motivated Clinical Assistant to join our team! No prior medical experience is required — we provide full training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in healthcare or continue and gain more experience in the field. You'll work closely with our Doctors, assisting them to keep patient care running smoothly across our locations. What You'll Do Assist the doctor with day-to-day clinical tasks, patient flow, medical paperwork, check in and out patients, and etc. Room patients, assist doctor's in the exam room, and prepare exam rooms Help with administrative tasks such as updating patient information on online database. Communicate with patients before, during, and after their visit Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Able to travel between our 3 locations if needed. What We're Looking For No prior experience necessary — training provided High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation (you'll be working across multiple locations) Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working Monday-Saturday with one weekday off Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required Why Join Us Paid training — no experience needed to get started Opportunity to grow within the healthcare field Supportive team environment across all 3 locations Starting from $13.50 an hour
