Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, such as an doctors office setting. This position requires proficiency in medical terminology, vital signs assessment, take history and physical. The Certified Medical Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Take and record vital signs and medication list accurately. Send fax orders for x-rays, ct, pet, labs, biopsies, cpap, pft Follow up on getting results of test for patients at follow up visits Familiar with cpap compliance reports Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations. Utilize knowledge of anatomy to assist in patient assessments. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Support the clinic's operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall patient experience. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program. Proficient understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients!
