Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support providers in delivering high-quality patient care by performing both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen collection Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and follow-ups Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines

Bilingual in Spanish Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and planning skills
