Innovative Wellness and Christ Clinic are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and clinically skilled Clinical Support Technician to join our growing team. This unique role combines patient care, wellness services, hospitality, and relationship-building to help patients experience healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. What You'll Do Patient Care & Clinical Support Perform IV starts and administer IM injections as ordered and within scope of practice. Prepare treatment rooms and support patient appointments. Educate patients about services, supplements, and wellness plans. Assist with patient check-in and check-out. Provide encouragement and prayer when appropriate. Create an Exceptional Patient Experience Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments. Build meaningful relationships that encourage long-term engagement. Ensure patients feel valued, cared for, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Wellness Education & Service Promotion Educate patients on wellness memberships, therapies, and supplements. Recommend services that align with patient goals and provider recommendations. Support growth through relationship-based conversations and exceptional service. Operations & Clinic Support Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment areas. Assist with laundry and maintaining a professional clinic environment. Support inventory management and operational tasks. Assist with biofeedback services after training is completed. Help ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of healthcare, wellness, or patient care experience. Experience performing IV starts and IM injections. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant, EMT, Phlebotomy, LVN, or similar clinical certification. Experience in functional medicine, wellness, concierge medicine, or integrative healthcare. Sales or membership-based service experience.
