  • Growing Dermatology practice looking for an outgoing, friendly and dependable candidate to join our team.
Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and be a great team player and committed to providing the best quality customer service to our patients. Benefits including vacation, medical, vision, and dental, insurance and 401k plan offered after probationary period.
Qualifications required:
  • EHR experience (EMA/Modernizing Medicine)
  • Must have excellent customer service with an ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, and prefer working in a fast paced demanding environment
  • Must have a positive attitude along with excellent verbal and computer data entry skills
  • Ability to work well with physicians, anticipating their needs in regard to patient treatment Responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming patients and preparing patients for the health care visit
  • Data entry of medical information during patient exams directly into the EMR
  • Answering patient questions
  • Obtaining consents
  • Assisting with dermatology visits, biopsies and other medical procedures, Mohs Surgery, various minor surgeries and cosmetic procedures
  • Preparing necessary surgical dressings and instructing patient in post-operative wound care, such as dressing changes and appropriate use of medications
  • Straightens and cleans exam rooms after patient visits
  • Completion of pathology and lab requisition documents
  • Performs other duties and tasks as needed -
