Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our plastic surgery practice under Dr. Erica Bartlett. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment focused on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the plastic surgeon with pre, post op and in office procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Sterilize and prepare instruments
- Ensure a smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and office supplies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical environment; experience in plastic surgery is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling and answering questions about procedures
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in the field
