as a Part-time Medical Assistant in Katy, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support in a fast-paced medical environment while making a difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for visits. Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care instructions. Support the team in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Previous experience in a medical setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in basic computer skills and medical software. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care.
