Job Description
Job Summary JankeFit Health & Wellness Clinic is a patient-centered, results-driven clinic focused on optimizing health through hormone therapy, weight management, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine. Our mission is to empower patients to take control of their health through personalized care, education, and ongoing support. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented team member to join the JankeFit family. This role is essential in supporting daily clinic operations, enhancing patient experience, and assisting with both clinical and administrative tasks. Duties Assist with patient intake, vitals, and documentation Support providers during treatments and injections (TRT, GLP-1, vitamin therapies) Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Coordinate lab orders and assist with specimen processing as needed Manage scheduling, patient communication, and follow-ups Provide education and support to patients regarding treatment plans and wellness goals Assist with inventory management and clinic supplies Support front desk operations and check-in/check-out processes Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or clinical setting preferred Experience with patient intake, vital signs, and basic clinical documentation Familiarity with injections (IM/SQ) Previous experience in hormone therapy (TRT/HRT), weight management, or wellness clinics highly preferred Experience using EMR systems and scheduling software Strong background in customer service and patient communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with inventory management, medication handling, and clinic workflow is beneficial
