Key Responsibilities:

Direct patients to exam rooms and perform patient intake, including medical histories and vital signs. Assist providers with specialty-specific procedures and treatments, and administer medications as directed. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and ensure rooms are stocked for patient visits. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including specialty tests and referrals. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations. Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and ability to handle sensitive information. Familiarity with office equipment and practice management software. Ability to multitask effectively and work well within a team.
