This is a full-time W-2 position in a fast-paced practice specializing in weight loss, hormone optimization, wellness, longevity medicine, and aesthetics. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
Responsibilities include:
Rooming clients and obtaining vital signs Performing blood draws and specimen processing Administering injections Assisting providers during patient visits Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining inventory Answering phone calls and assisting clients Scheduling appointments and handling client communications Managing laboratory orders and follow-up Assisting with aesthetic procedures and daily clinic operations
Requirements:
Previous Medical Assistant experience required Strong phlebotomy skills required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player A sales-minded approach to client care Ability to confidently educate clients on services, memberships, skincare products, and treatment recommendations Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or hormone therapy is a plus This position requires someone who understands that outstanding patient care and education go hand in hand. You should be comfortable discussing treatment options, recommending products and services that genuinely benefit clients, and helping clients achieve their health and aesthetic goals. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the practice. This is not a position for someone looking to do the bare minimum. We are seeking a team member who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to create an exceptional client experience. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
