Job Description

A medal student who wants to enter a business startup is needed. We will be doing the
SBIR/STTR
route as part of our fund seeking method. A student is the only way we gain access. The company has an enviable product. Patent pending, we have a fiber and ice composite ice pack that weighs ¼ the weight of a gel pack but lasts 2x longer. Hospitals get am ESG positive rating for using our products. The ability to dry ship is the other game changer, this means our total costs come in deeply under what a Gel Pack can (at their zero profit level). The fiber-ice composite is based on an industrial ice application known as Pykrete. This is not a new technology, just a new application of the technology. The
SBIR/STTR
​program is an amazing tool that would reduce the difficulty in getting funds. Completion of the local and national levels opens many doors for us. Other opportunities can be talked about as well. Part of work you will do is to ask survey questions, I can assist and we can quickly knock this out. Funds for traveling to applicable trade shows would be allotted to us and we could qualify for the national
SBIR/STTR
program which would truly launch us. Other work is already done, the product has been tested three times, including control groups, variable fiber types and volumes, and against gel and ice packs. I can keep conducting tests periodically, but the concept is not theory, it is proven. I offer equity as well as a steady real payroll the moment allowed funds enteroour accounts. Equity is 0.5%, investors are going to be the hard part. But 0.5% is a lot of income eventually. If we sell 1,000,000 units at the chosen price of 50¢, you get $5,000. That is year one. If we hit the 8% of the market by year five that is $1, 175, 462.46 and growing because the market keeps growing by about 8% year after year. A successful founder suffers for the start of a business, you won't be a founder but I am asking for dirt poor wages in phase 0, in exchange for decent wages at the national level and when we get investment, and then a permanent residual income for life as we grow.
