Job Description
Medical Assistant - OB/GYN Women's Center of Excellence (WCE) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing OB/GYN practice. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 year of recent experience in an OB/GYN clinic High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant Certification required LVNs are encouraged to apply and will be considered Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills Job Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Assist physicians and providers during patient visits and procedures Document patient information in the EMR system Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments Assist with laboratory testing and specimen collection Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families Maintain compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations
