We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with intake procedures Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history Assist providers during consultations and treatments as permitted by Texas regulations Prepare and organize medical supplies and inventory Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of clinical areas Ensure patient charts and documentation are complete and accurate Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communication Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Collect and document payments according to clinic protocols Coordinate consent forms and ensure required paperwork is completed Assist with weight loss program visits and follow-up appointments Perform administrative tasks and support daily clinic operations Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred Previous experience in a medical office, med spa, or aesthetic setting preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
