Regenerative Medicine of Texas Locations:

1420 N. Galloway Ave, Mesquite, TX 75149 and 406 Raymond St., Farmersville, TX 75442 (travel between both required)

Schedule:

Part-time, 29.5 hours/week

[$19-$22/hour, based on experience] About Us Regenerative Medicine of Texas is a fully integrated pain relief clinic and the first chiropractic clinic in Mesquite and Farmersville. Our team has decades of experience helping patients recover from auto accident injuries, back and neck pain, sciatica, arthritis, and more using natural, non-surgical treatments including chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, PRP therapy, our Advanced Arthritis Relief Protocol (AARP). We serve a diverse community across Mesquite, Balch Springs, Lawson, Heartland, and Farmersville, and many of our patients are Spanish-speaking. We treat every patient as a unique individual and an active participant in their healing, and we're looking for a Medical Assistant who shares that mindset. What You'll Do You'll work primarily alongside our Family Nurse Practitioner in a hands-on patient care role, splitting your time between our Mesquite and Farmersville offices: Greet and room patients, take vitals and medical histories, and document in the EHR in English and Spanish as needed Serve as a translator between Spanish-speaking patients and our providers during exams, treatments, and patient education Assist the FNP with exams, in-office procedures, and regenerative medicine treatments (PRP) as directed Prepare treatment rooms and manage clinical supplies at both locations Handle patient callbacks, scheduling, and appointment reminders Assist with personal injury and auto accident documentation Educate patients on care plans, medications, and pre/post-treatment instructions What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required): you'll communicate with patients in both languages daily Reliable transportation: this role works at both our Mesquite and Farmersville locations 2+ years of hands-on medical assisting experience. Experience supporting an NP or physician, or background in pain management, regenerative medicine, or chiropractic settings, is a strong plus Solid clinical skills: vitals, EHR documentation, phlebotomy Warm, patient-focused communication style: many of our patients arrive in significant pain, and your calm, caring manner matters Reliability and the ability to juggle priorities in a busy clinic CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification is a plus but not required.
