Who We Are We are Healthy Heads by STX Lice Clinics LLC , a professional head lice treatment facility serving families across South Texas. Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and stress-free lice removal services while delivering a calm and supportive experience for every client In a Medical setting of enviornment. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lice Technician with Medical Experience to join our team! This role involves hands-on treatment services, patient care, and maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, self-motivated, multi-tasking and comfortable working closely with children and families. Key Responsibilities Perform head lice screenings and treatment services Educate clients on aftercare and prevention Maintain accurate appointment notes and documentation Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas Confirm appointments and assist with basic front desk tasks Provide a calm, professional, and reassuring experience for all clients What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Someone who works quickly and efficiently during treatments Comfortable working in close contact with clients Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and follow clinic protocols Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible hours (including some weekends if needed) Ability to stand for extended periods Must be dependable and a team player Previous customer service & healthcare experience is a plus (we provide training) Why Join Us Paid training provided!
