Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Summary The Bilingual Medical Assistant will support providers in delivering efficient and effective patient care while ensuring a positive experience for both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.) Document patient history and chief complaints accurately Assist providers during examinations and procedures Perform basic clinical tasks (injections, EKGs, specimen collection, etc.) Maintain and clean exam rooms between patients Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Verify patient information and update medical records Provide patient education and instructions as directed by provider Ensure compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Certification (CMA, RMA) preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
