Duties Manage physician-related calls and assist patients directly when needed; route administrative calls appropriately Room patients, take vitals, and update demographics in the EHR Assist with procedures including injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and perform blood draws Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations (calls, fax, scan, upload), and prescription processing with physician approval Handle patient check-in/check-out, schedule follow-ups, and conduct collection calls Respond to incoming calls, send task messages, and follow up with patients as directed Maintain records by scanning/uploading charts and processing returned mail Experience Clinical/Medical Assistant experience preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills EHR experience required; phlebotomy/EKG experience a plus Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish-speaking preferred) Pay will be based on experience
