Medical Assistant (Full-Time) ✨ 🗓 Monday - Friday | ⏰ 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 💼 Be the Heart of Patient Care Join a dynamic healthcare team where your skills make a difference every day! We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and enjoys delivering exceptional patient experiences. 🌟 What You'll Do As a key member of the care team, you will: ✅ Welcome and escort patients to exam rooms, offices, and treatment areas ✅ Capture vital patient data before each visit (vitals, height/weight, allergies, medications) ✅ Ensure physicians have all necessary records ready for appointments and procedures ✅ Prepare, clean, and stock exam and treatment rooms to maintain a smooth workflow ✅ Assist physicians during exams and procedures (standing, documenting, supporting care) ✅ Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection standards ✅ Answer patient calls and direct them to appropriate care providers ✅ Call in prescriptions and follow up with patients as directed ✅ Communicate appointment changes, reschedules, and no-shows to providers ✅ Support front office and administrative tasks (chart prep, filing, faxing, reception, etc.) 🎯 What You Bring ✔ Medical Assistant Certification or MA Diploma (required) ✔ Strong multitasking and organizational skills ✔ Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities ✔ Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy ✔ Team player attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed 🚀 Why You'll Love This Role Variety in your day - no two days are the same Hands-on experience supporting physicians and patients Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to build and grow your clinical skillset 💙 If you're passionate about patient care and ready to make an impact, this is your opportunity to shine! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
