Clinical experience in a primary care setting is highly preferred. We are looking for an individual who is professional, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Assist providers with clinical procedures and treatments Perform injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection (preferred) Document patient information accurately in the EMR Handle medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient follow-up calls Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical cleanliness Coordinate with front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow Provide exceptional customer service and patient support Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred Prior clinical experience in primary care or outpatient setting highly preferred Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude Bilingual is a plus Position Details Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the practice Friendly and supportive team environment
